Payments, Cancellations & DNA Policy
Counselling or Supervision Sessions

Payments for individual sessions need to be made either in advance or at the beginning of the session. These can be paid by cheque, bank transfer, or by Paypal.

Any sessions cancelled will be charged at full price if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will not be charged, although this will only be allowed twice within any block of counselling.

Any appointments not cancelled and not attended will be charged in full and you will be invoiced for this

Payments can be made by card, or bank transfer or by Paypal.

Should the counsellor need to cancel a session you will be informed at the earliest opportunity and a new appointment agreed. the counsellor will text you confirmation of the new appointment.

Training Sessions

Training sessions require a 20% deposit which is non-refundable. The final balance is due 7 days prior to the training date.

Large group training sessions may attract a discount, please contact to discuss.
